Come Skate with

Highland Outdoor Ministry

We are so much more than a Skate Park

With the support of our community and the expertise of park designer/builder Jud Heald, we have reached the milestone of finishing up Highland Outdoor Ministry Skate Park! While we still have a long way to go, we want to pause and praise God for how He has provided all our needs thus far, and how He will continue the good work! We also want to thank everyone who has donated and the businesses who have partnered with us as sponsors - we could not have done this without you!

The ministry will operate out of the Welcome Center. It will also serve as the check in station, sell snacks and merchandise, display our “Adopt a Board” , bathroom and so much more!

So, what's next? We ask these three things:

  1. Pray for us - we want to always be leaning on God's provision and direction for HŌM.

  2. Be patience with us - while we are opening May 6, 2023 some projects are still under construction.

  3. Partner with us - every donation helps! We have big goals, and big goals are expensive! Here are the many ways to support us Donations, “Adopt a Board” or Contact Us if you have any other creative ways to help out!

Who is ready to Skate?

To say we are EXCITED, is an understatement! We are Highland Outdoor Ministry (HŌM), a ministry whose mission is to reach the youth of the community with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Part of that mission consists of building a safe place that will be open year round and is FREE for all to enjoy. This facility will consist of Skate Park, Basketball Court and Hangout area. We have future plans of adding a turf field and amphitheater for volleyball, yard games, outdoor concerts, family movie nights, etc. We will have fun and games, but most importantly, we will pepper the gospel in everything that we do at HŌM.

Who’s Hungry?

Thanks to our amazing community, churches and businesses we will be able to provide Free Dinner every Friday at 6 PM.
